Deep Tissue/Sports Massage

Sports massage is designed to correct issues and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused by repeated or strenuous physical activity and trauma. The use of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is a specialist and very relaxing massage therapy for women at any stage of pregnancy. Therapists use gentler massage techniques to enable the body to support itself as it goes through the changes caused by the pregnancy, ensuring the baby is protected at all times.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is the insertion of needles into tight or contracted muscles, or trigger points, in order to restore proper function.  Unlike acupuncture, which deals with whole body energy flow, dry needing treats specific neuromuscular problems that are causing pain or hindering mobility.  Dry needling can be used during massage therapy treatments.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation that supports the mind to accept positive suggestions and make beneficial changes to a clients life.

Therapy relates to counselling.  Brought together, hypnosis within a counselling setting enables a client to access deeper elements of the mind to either find the cause of unwanted behaviour or just to support the permanence of a resolution.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is used to help alleviate muscular pain and issues arising from chronic health conditions. It supports blood flow, improving circulation and muscular and joint flexibility and is aimed at relaxing muscles and preventing spasms.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a gentle and non-invasive treatment for all ages that realigns the body and restores balance.  Functional manipulations are made that can have a positive affect on the whole body, alleviating symptoms of chronic conditions as well as adjusting the musculoskeletal system after injury.

Allergy & Intolerance Support

Allergy and intolerance support is a whole-body approach to wellness that works with you to help you understand how your body copes with everything you throw at it!  It supports you to find your allergy or intolerance and to learn how to best manage your symptoms, improve your wellness and overcome food issues that may have troubled you for years.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing natural, healing, touch therapy, based on the principle that ten zones of energy exist which run from the top of the head to the soles of the feet and to the palms of the hands.  The feet are massaged using specialist techniques to manipulate the flow of energy to the zones in the body to support inner relaxation and healing.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release uses sustained pressure to the bodies connective tissue to release tension and pressure, softening muscles and fasciae.  The massage aims to correct postural imbalances, chronic conditions or unexplained pains in the body.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a therapeutic procedure that uses sound waves to treat musculoskeletal injuries within soft tissues, muscles or joints.  It helps to heal the damaged tissue increasing collagen found in joint capsules, tendons and scar tissues.  It helps to relieve pain by increasing blood flow and reducing muscle spasms.

Counselling

Counselling helps you to deal with problematic issues that cause mental as well as physical disharmony.  Whether you have a specific problem such as PTSD, grief or anxiety issues, or just need someone to help you to deal with daily life challenges, speaking to a trained counsellor can be the change you need to get you to full wellness.
